Two Kinds of Judges
Have you judged at the Synopsys Championship before? Then you've heard the terms Category Judge and Special Awards Judge. But if you are new to this, or want a refresher, here's the difference.
CATEGORY Judges
You evaluate projects in specific scientific categories like Biology or Physics. If you are a Category Judge, you register on our web site, and you answer questions about your education and category preferences.

Special Awards Judges

Special Award judges evaluate projects that meet the criteria of the sponsoring organization.
